After researching about seven companies, I chose Smart Movers and was incredibly happy I did. Jeff was a great communicator and managed to get us scheduled with last minute changes. Josh and his partner were on time and extremely easy to work with, an amazing group to have moved you I give them 100% recommendation. I am impressed not one item was broken or damaged in any way.

Thank you for a job well done and appreciated. I will use them again if I must move. The price was fair and reasonable. They were on time and delivered as promised.

I moved Friday the 7th after having my things in storage since last June with this company. The movers were clear on when they’d arrive and they assembled everything and put everything where I wanted. My items came in the same way they were stored. Would recommend them, had no issues at all.

Family move

Your team moved my mother to her apartment and moved me to her home that I purchased all in one weekend. Josh and his team were so patient, professional, kind and calm making both moves less stressful. They worked long hours to get both moves done by Sunday evening.

They were all committed to keeping the pets safe inside throughout the move making sure they were behind closed doors inside before opening the door to outside. We could not have asked for a better team to move us!

My move was from a large house to an apartment in a different province, some two hours driving distance. Smart Movers quoted an excellent price, showed up on time and the two packers/movers did a remarkable job, completing the packing and loading quickly, while ensuring that no damage occurred and nothing was overlooked – difficult when most of the house contents were remaining behind. I can’t say enough about the professional approach and skill demonstrated by both. Delivery the next day was again accomplished in a very short period, and they could not have been more helpful, courteous or careful. I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Movers to anyone who is looking for an affordable, professional move.

Wow. Amazing service from this company! Although my move was not huge is was a delicate piece that required experience. The guys were professional, fast and efficient and courteous. The piano was well protected and they protected the floors. They were a bit later than expected but they kept in touch to keep me informed. I required a removal and storage for two months then delivery to our new home. Jeff and his team were very accommodating and professional even working within a flexible schedule in case of any issues of which there were several ranging from an issue with our closing date time and a piece of furniture that would not fit, Jeff and his team removed our stress and cheerfully accepted a solution which required another small trip. Regarding the handling of our possessions all I can say is they are top notch and I highly recommend.

We looked around for a mover and when I spoke to Jeff he was very pleasant and easy to talk with. He was able to quote me right away and set up the time for Sept 28th. He called me Friday and said that they were able to come earlier and asked if I was okay with that. Saturday morning and Josh and Jacob showed up right on time. Josh quickly assessed how the move would go and everything went according to plan. Both of them were absolute pros and knew exactly what they were doing. Both of them were very nice to talk with and a pleasure to work with. A great team and very personable

Excellent service
I called for pick up of my tax exempt furniture. Although they didn’t have the availability at first, Jeff called me back as soon as he heard he could make my delivery work within my tight schedule. I received my furniture the same day, no issues. Very communicative and accommodating! I’ll be calling again for future moves 🙂
